Mateo (koan) is a current student at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Coding, reading, film photography, and studying are activities that occupy much of Mateo's time. Mateo is always learning and finding new hobbies, passions, and skills. This website serves as a platform for Mateo to discuss and showcase these interests.

Arul's space is a personal haven, free from social media's noise. Arul avoids social platforms to reclaim control over their life, seeing them as manipulative tools. They embrace free thinking and thoughtful media consumption. Arul shares bits of their life, tech, martial arts, and more on their site, which is intentionally simple. The site contains the code they play with, the martial arts they train, the life they’re figuring out, and the posts that don’t fit anywhere else.

Jacob O'Bryant is a software engineer at Tyba, open-source maintainer, amateur musician, recovering entrepreneur, and father of two. He works on Biff (Clojure web framework) and Yakread (reading app). He got into programming as a kid and spent a lot of time in high school messing around with Linux, web programming, and Android development. He went to a community college for the second half of high school and got his Computer Science degree from BYU. After graduating he worked for one year as a software engineer and then became a full-time founder. He started using Clojure for various side projects while in college and has used it for nearly everything as a founder. He is active in the community as an open-source developer. He and his wife have two daughters. He also enjoys dad jokes.

René Fischer is a husband, father, friend, and nerd living near Munich. Originally from Gotha, he experienced the last 10 years of the GDR there. He works in product management for an international software company. René is an analytical creative worker, geek, and food aficionado. He develops iOS apps in his free time. When time and weather permit, he enjoys being outdoors, photographing with his smartphone. He has pets from Lake Tanganyika. Mike San Román is interested in how people think about work, technology, and what's possible. He writes a weekly newsletter exploring these topics. He is interested in how repeated failure can lead to a false sense of certainty and how that can limit problem-solving. He believes that fresh perspectives and tools like AI can help overcome these limitations.

Nick Gray is an author, businessman, and investor. He wrote "The 2-Hour Cocktail Party," a book about hosting events. He is also known as the Founder of Museum Hack, a company that gives museum tours. Nick helped build and grow his family business, Flight Display Systems, which made avionics equipment. He led their hiring, marketing, and international sales efforts. In the past, Nick founded vs3 Web Services and BuddyGopher. He currently lives in Austin, Texas. He runs a small family office and is working on a Patron View project. He sends out a monthly Friends Newsletter.

André França is a software developer, currently working as a Staff Engineer at Nubank. He has experience in leading teams and developing solutions for complex problems. Anaïs Cros is an independent author and creator of the series Le Peuple Invisible and the duology Les Arcanes d’Autremonde. She has been writing since always, with a predilection for the fantastic and fantasy genres. She is the author of novels published through traditional publishing houses as well as self-published works. Her recent work includes the historical crime novel, Méfie-toi des loups, Elsa !, set in Strasbourg in 1921.

Michael Fogleman is a Software Engineer at Formlabs, focusing on algorithms for 3D Printing applications. He lives in Cary, NC with his wife and two children. Sebastian Arnold is a multifaceted artist and developer exploring the intersections of technology, creativity, human communication, music, and machines. He is a ‘mad scientist drummer’ touring and producing music as a one-man band, using his drum kit to interact with sequencers and synthesizers. His music is a danceable mixture of jazz, electronica and post-rock. He works as an AI architect and product manager, building upon his 10-year experience as an academic researcher for computational language models. He develops the Senode Graph Sequencer iOS App and other creative software systems. He was a researcher at DATEXIS at Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin. He graduated from Université de Fribourg, Switzerland with a Ph.D. in 2020 and with a M.Sc. in Computer Science at DIMA, Technische Universität Berlin in 2014.

Punkto is a computer monkey who has primarily worked as a sysadmin. They have earned professional certifications, but believe real-world skills are more important. Proof of their abilities can be found on their blog, in their talks, and in the services they run. Punkto has used various names online and in person, but is now consolidating everything under the punkto.org moniker. They enjoy writing, sometimes on technical topics, which can be found on their blog. Chris Ebert is a software engineer with over fifteen years of experience specializing in building cloud applications. He works at Tyler Technologies, building applications for customers in the public government technology sector (govtech). His career journey also includes impactful roles at Lockheed Martin and GE Healthcare. He has also done some freelance work and IT support work in the past. Chris is a strong advocate for continual learning and self-improvement, and his professional interests span cloud computing, AWS serverless computing, software design, artificial intelligence, and organizational leadership. He has a Computer Science degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wayne State University. Chris resides in the Metro Detroit area.

Sonic2k is a software developer and electronic engineer in their early 50s, originally from Cape Town, RSA. Sonic2k's interest in Sonic The Hedgehog began on November 28, 1999, after the release of the SEGA Dreamcast. Sonic2k chose the handle "Sonic2k" in early 2000 and has used it ever since. Besides Sonic, Sonic2k is interested in art, specifically manga, and enjoys anime like K-ON. Sonic2k combines passions for art, technology, and code in personal projects. Sonic2k remembers the early days of the internet and prefers it to modern social media platforms.

ECS is a writer who shares their work online.
